• Lead the architecture, guidance, and troubleshooting of custom API integrations
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand and address business challenges
• Identify and implement process improvements within the HubSpot environment
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to HubSpot processes

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS and API integrations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive approach to learning and mastering business systems and processes
• Experience in integration architecture and endpoint troubleshooting is highly desirable

Required Skills:

Experience working with HubSpot CRM and CMS, understanding and customizing workflows related to sales opportunities from lead generation through closure. Experience writing APIs in Java or native HubSpot tech stack to move merchant data from HubSpot and ingest it into a custom Java application.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce CRM workflows and the ability to work on HubSpot. Ability to help implement Lead to Close workflow within HubSpot and customize HubSpot to implement Merchant performance capabilities.
