•.  Design and Setup DR for cloud databases - Aurora PostgreSQL Global, Dynamo DB etc..
• Setup the data replication from/to PostgreSQL/Aurora to Data Lake, SQL server, Azure Synapse, Redshift etc.
Prioritize work based on the project needs and work effectively with minimum supervision. 
•  Manage, Monitor, Troubleshoot Database Operations, Optimize database performance, tuning.
•  Implement high availability, replication, and cluster on databases.
•  Database refreshes in on-prem and cloud.
•  Support application release deployment and perform data fixes.
•  Working with the application team to rewrite the Stored Procedures. 
•  Troubleshooting performance issues in real time.
•  Work in a globally distributed team in an Agile/Scrum approach
•  Provide routine status reports to leadership and escalate as necessary.
•  Maintain Service Levels and department goals for problem resolution. 
•  Follow security stands and effectively manage software patches and upgrades.
•  Utilize best practices, standard procedures.
•  Write and maintain clear documentation.
•  Ensure 24x7 availability for critical database systems hosted “on premise” and on AWS & Azure Cloud.
•  Be available to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for the team.
