- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test management for IAM projects.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt (IdentityIQ: Comprehensive identity security (sailpoint.com))
- Proven track record of managing and executing testing activities in complex IAM environments.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and workflows.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA) and experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for IAM projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt.
- Define test objectives, scope, and criteria for success.
- Work closely with IAM architects, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate test results, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
