•    Person to have minimum 7 - 8+ years of Experience in following technologies
•    Mainframe PL/1 and IMS or COBOL and DB2) - If PL/1 and IMS is not available, then we are fine with COBOL and DB2 and the resource should be interested to learn PL1 and IMS and work on that. 
•    Design/Development and Implementation /SDLC skills 
•    Development on MVC platform on HOST technologies 
•    Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall model development projects 
•    The candidate must also possess good communication skills.
