• Experience managing projects in accordance with the PMI’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) (4+ years);

• Experience working with IT (7+ years);

• Experience in IT strategy and planning experience (3+ years);

• Experience managing application development projects (3+ years);

• Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS);

• Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least one (1) project;

• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions;

• Experience managing documentation in Microsoft (MS) SharePoint;

• Experience with the Information Systems Development Methodologies (ISDM);

• Experience with state government projects;

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field
