•    Perform firewall management and monitoring, including rule set configuration and validation for KDE and all KY K-12 school districts.
•    Provide operational support and management of the KY K-12 Enterprise Active Directory environment, in cooperation with Microsoft.
•    Management of enterprise remote access solution for all KY K-12 users.
•    Serve as a project resource for major security initiatives KY K-12 school districts. 
•    Management of statewide DNS infrastructure  
•    Management of statewide anti-malware solution
•    Management of enterprise DDoS mitigation services in a Managed Security Services group.
•    Assist with security risk assessments, audit responses, and open records requests.
•    Provide Q&A and Tier 3 escalation route for all KY K-12 school district customers.
•    Lead and/or assist in technical presentations to KY K-12 school district customers.
•    Perform backup and disaster recovery procedures as needed.
