* 10+ years' experience in C++ (STL, Templates, Exceptions, Threading) & Java
* Experience in Component/System Design (SOLID principles and Design Patterns)
* Confidence in explaining previous project 1
* Confidence in explaining previous project 2
* Experience in Automotive Domain, especially Android Automotive
* Strong Knowledge of Android Framework, Car Service, Android Treble, VNDK, AIDL, HIDL
* Experience in Implementing Custom HAL ( eg:- Radio, Vehicle, Audio, GNSS etc )
* Android NDK & JNI
* Experience with Android CTS/VTS
* Android OS migration, Android security, SELinux, FBE, FDE
* Code analysis, troubleshooting and debugging.
* Management tools (RTM, Jira, ALM etc.)
* Root cause analysis
* Communication and interpersonal skill
