·        A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an ERP platform as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert (SME)

·        Advanced knowledge of and experience with Infor VISUAL ERP is highly preferred.

·        Manufacturing operations business acumen to provide user support from estimate to shipment:

o   Sales order management

o   Inventory management

o   Work order usage and management

o   MRP and Production Scheduling

o   Supply chain/procurement processes

o   Pick, pack, and shipping

o   RMA (return material authorization) process

·        Report development utilizing Crystal reports

·        Experience training end users and troubleshooting end user issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include: 

·        Provide user level support for Infor Visual ERP and supporting applications.

·        Update and manage ERP forms.

·        Prepare SAP Crystal Reports and distribute through ERP.

·        Manage ERP systems access and security.

·        Provide training and direction to users in the use of Visual ERP.

·        Create ERP training content to enhance Vantage training library.

·        Other duties as assigned.
