Develop and implement project management policies, processes, and standards.- Monitor project progress and performance, with strong attention to details for identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.- Collaborate and Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams using Microsoft Teams and other tools.- Develop and actively maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using Microsoft Project.- Prepare reports, presentation and documents as required for MIS presentation to MD on regular basis and to key stake holders as required.- Track and report on project metrics and KPIs to managing director and senior management.- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery processes.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
