• 7+ years of technical experience;
• 3+ years of Product Owner and/or equivalent technical experience with managing consumer-based identity and access control platforms; specifically ForgeRock
• 3+ years working in an operational team that has production support responsibilities;
• Experience translating business needs to technical requirements;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with often conflicting priorities and requirements;
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and uses independent judgment to analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action;
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Product Owner certification;
• Experience working with a Kanban team;
• Working knowledge of cyber security concepts, cloud and tools including Identity Access Management (IAM);
• Experience with ForgeRock or similar CIAM tools;
• Significant experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or other work management tools;
• Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
