JOB DETAIL

o Manage all video Marketing intake requests. Determine the type of support needed, assign support, and follow-up on pending action items (i.e. more information is required from requestors, etc.). This also means identifying the requests that get incorrectly submitted through our queue. 

o This role requires a strong understanding of DIRECTV product offerings, ordering systems, determining support needed based on intake requirements, and knowing which teams to engage. 

o Create new processes. Educate stakeholders on the new process and enforce the process. Be able to make adjustments to the process if things continue to not work. 

o Work with other cross-functional teams to host a governance call 

o Create leadership reports 

o Manage our Decisioning University (DU) training, host calls with trainers, provide feedback on the training page to improve DU experience 

o Role requires highly organized candidate to follow-up on action items and get them closed out.
