• 5+ years of experience applying both the Scrum Framework and Kanban Method in growing high performing teams.
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Kanban Coach in organizations committed to Lean Agile principles.
• Certifications such as LeanKanban Universitys TKP, Scrum.orgs PSM, or Scrum Alliances CSM are desirable.
• Experience guiding Lean/Agile teams in the context of Enterprise Risk and Security services.
• Willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in virtual environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritize issues and determine when action is required.
• Ability to dive into details when necessary and ask probing questions to clarify challenges.
