JOB DETAIL

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
    • Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Pega Expertise:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Pega platform components, including Case Management, Decision Trees, Rules, and Integration.
    • Possess hands-on experience with Pega development tools and methodologies.
    • Have a strong grasp of Pega's architecture and design principles.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with onshore LSAs to understand project requirements and align technical solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, quality assurance) to ensure project success.
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Develop innovative solutions to address project challenges.
    • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12+ years of hands-on technical experience with Pega.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
    • Proficiency in Pega development tools and methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
    • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pega cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for software development and delivery.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
