JOB DETAIL

  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to CISCO Nexus switches.
  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to CISCO Viptela SD WAN.
  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to CISCO Branch Switches.
  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to CISCO Legacy Wireless and Meraki wireless.
  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to Aruba Wireless.
  • Should be able to configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto and ASA firewall.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot OSPF and BGP routing issues.
  • Should be able to Site to Site and end user VPN Issue.
  • Should perform firmware/IOS upgrade for the supported devices. 
  • hould suggest and implement the best practices that improve customer experience.
  • Should provide service improvement plans and implement them successfully.
  • Should join daily calls and provide updates to SDM on open issues and incidents.
  • Should prepare and present data in weekly and monthly customer review calls.
  • Join P1/P2 bridge calls, provide the fix for the issues with SLA and demonstrate the expertise level on the technology.
  • Should join in design level discussions with customer and provide suggestions based on technology and environment knowledge.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision.
  • Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL).
