• Collaborate with users to gather and translate product requirements
• Define product vision and create a product roadmap
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development
• Develop user stories and monitor product progress
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Conduct data analysis and create source-to-target mapping documents
• Lead functional testing and support user testing for project releases
• Drive user training and product rollout efforts

Required Skills:

• 10-12 years of product management experience
• 5-6 years in forward mortgage originations (Business Analyst/Product Owner roles)
• Hands-on experience with POS, LOS, AUS integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in data mapping and vendor integrations
