•             Conduct software testing utilizing various testing techniques and methodologies to ensure quality assurance.

•             Maintain a comprehensive understanding of application defect and enhancement backlogs.

•             Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation of results.

•             Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionalities and requirements.

•             Communicate effectively and professionally with reporting managers, users, customers, and IT personnel to report on testing outcomes.

•             Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Azure DevOps for managing test plans and documentation.
