- Need Servicenow developer with Telecom industry experience
- Must have experience with Telecom modules /domain with TSM/TSOM/TNI/SOM/COM
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements, particularly in TSM, TSOM, TNI, SOM, or COM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions using ServiceNow functionalities.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and others relevant to the domain.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
- Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
