Collaborate with customers, deployment squads, and product management to identify and document use case scenarios.
Lead data solution efforts, setting data standards, and providing technical expertise to development teams.
Design highly available database solutions that meet disaster recovery requirements.
Develop effective data store solutions considering capacity planning, data tiering, and data lifecycle management.
Design, develop, and maintain automated systems for AWS cloud-based products and services.
Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure efficient solutions are implemented.
Monitor and validate performance and functionality of automated processes to meet objectives.
Maintain documentation for automated processes and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Mentor team members on new technologies and automation processes.
Work with QA to create detailed test plans and tools to ensure targeted performance for production volume data.
Ensure successful delivery of solutions, training, and documentation internally and with customers.
Recommend improvements to new and existing database systems.
Participate in code reviews and document engineering and cross-functional practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and business viability of solutions.
Stay updated on new database technologies as necessary.
