Serve as a senior product owner within Music product team – ownership of on-going sustainment activities to support weekly, monthly, quarterly, & semi-annual deadlines (accounting close, royalty statement cycles)
Have a strategic mindset while facilitating requirement sessions with key stakeholders & prioritizing features. Create comprehensive requirements for the delivery team to solution. Store all support documentation in Confluence.
Drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs
Document overall strategy for assigned applications. Create epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in Jira. Create flows in Lucid Charts. Store supporting documentation and links in the team’s Confluence page.
Use Agile best practices, as well as, pragmatic ingenuity, to build requirements and stories with the primary goal of consistent incremental delivery of mvp and multi-phased product solutions aligned with overall Music Supply Chain Strategic goals.
Work with multiple stakeholders – engineers, QA, leads, product team members – to create, iterate, maintain and communicate product roadmaps.
