Manage and optimize data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce (7+ years of experience required).
Develop workflows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) using APEX and SOQL (7+ years of development experience required).
Architect solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile SCRUM methodologies (5+ years of experience required).
Leverage experience with Copado and SAFe Agile methodologies for development and release processes (highly desired).
Collaborate across teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions aligning with business objectives.
Maintain Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Architect, Developer, and Administrator (highly desired).
Ensure compliance with best practices for Salesforce architecture, security, and integration.
