JOB DETAIL

•    Utilize 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as an ITIL practitioner in Infrastructure services or Application Management to drive IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives within the organization.
•    Configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs and requirements of the business.
•    Demonstrate extensive knowledge and practical experience across various applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
•    Develop a strong understanding of configuration management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Service Catalog functionalities.
•    Build and implement complex solutions, including integrations with multiple third-party systems to streamline processes.
•    Implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, with a desire to expand expertise into other modules such as IT Business Management (ITBM).
•    Apply solid engineering practices to design and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
•    Communicate effectively and present technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
•    Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL principles, with ITIL certification considered a plus.
•    Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support end user requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Possess relevant ServiceNow certification to showcase expertise in the platform.
•    Leverage knowledge and experience working with California state agencies, departments, and Federal and State programs and organizations.
•    Identify structural issues within the organization, recommend improvements, and drive efficiencies in technical infrastructure.
•    Visualize and create high-level models to aid in future analysis and mature business architecture.
•    Develop and implement effective organizational governance structures to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
