1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow OMT applications and solutions. 
2. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. 
3. Knowledge on OMT Product Modeling, Decomposition. 
4. Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripts, Robust Transformation, forms, reports, and dashboards. 
5. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
