JOB DETAIL

- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and market trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure alignment on product vision and requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, use cases, and user stories
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders and customers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards


Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of insurance software solutions and industry trends
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
