JOB DETAIL

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Support the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.

Analyze existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of DevOps initiatives.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.

Document processes, requirements, and user stories in a clear and concise manner.

Conduct testing and validation of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both business analysis and DevOps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous
