Agile Program management? Leads integrated (end to end) delivery planning and coordination for approved EDS solutions, which involves managing federated delivery by facilitating and aligning work across enterprise release trains and delivery organizations (US Commercial, Health Services, Government etc.). This focus is on work that has been prioritized and approved for delivery through lean portfolio management, in partnership with the Strategic planning lead, and setting proper expectations about delivery based on how integrated solutions need to hang together.? Manages interdependencies within the solution train(s), working with Scrum masters and release train engineers, and outside of the train, including platforms, shared services, value streams, etc.?
