Project Management: Oversee and manage AEM-related projects within Workfront, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
System Administration: Maintain and configure AEM and Workfront environments, ensuring best practices are followed for content management and project tracking.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows in Workfront, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on AEM and Workfront functionalities, fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks within AEM and Workfront.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to assess project success and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront.
Strong understanding of content management systems and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Workfront.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
