JOB DETAIL

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage AEM-related projects within Workfront, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • System Administration: Maintain and configure AEM and Workfront environments, ensuring best practices are followed for content management and project tracking.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows in Workfront, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on AEM and Workfront functionalities, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks within AEM and Workfront.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to assess project success and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Workfront.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
