• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise technical writing style.
• Hands-on experience with writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience in testing data migration and integration projects.
• Proficient in identifying and reporting ETL defects, including root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of database concepts like normalization, indexing and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Think strategically and big and should always be a vocal leader
• Experience with report validations

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Cloud based ETL tools (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns like data lakes, data mesh, or data fabric
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration best practices
• Knowledge of visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for reporting quality metrics
