•              Analyze Legacy systems and come out with improvement recommendation for NextGen product
•              Proactively identify and monitor risks & issues, determine mitigation plans to reduce potential impact
•              Collaborate closely with Business to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
•              Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve process and reduce cost.
•              Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
•              Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
•              Work with IT team to understand the system and document the process.
•              Analyze the system process and identify the Areas that needs improvement.
•              Work with Business to provide solutions to enhance the system performance.
•              Create reports and review with the Business.
