Nice to have skills:
1. Experiencing creating and maintaining documentation for installation and setup of supported application development tools.
2. Experience working with team members to create standards, policies, and procedures for the organization’s use of software development tools and frameworks.
3. Experience supporting development tools and/or help desk experience, as well as team lead experience would be beneficial to this role.
4. Experience utilizing ticketing software to handle customer requests.
