·        Must have 5+ years current experience working within a software development environment as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner in ecommerce.

·        4+ years’ experience working on complex development projects.

·        5+ years’ experience with creating documentation for communication with varied audiences.

·        2+ years current experience successfully completing projects within an Agile environment.

·        2+ years demonstrable experience driving complex technology projects to successful completion.

·        Must possess excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques

·        Experience in project execution and follow-up.

·        Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to negotiate and engage with individuals at all levels of the business.

·        Experience working/coordinating with offshore teams

·        Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Communicates information in ways that can be easily understood.

·        Must possess a strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

·        Deadline oriented and capable of self-management.
