- 4+ years experience within product ownership
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on user experience
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and ability to create clear and insightful reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with database systems and database management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certifications (CSM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
