Lead and manage projects for MedTech clients, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Oversee Java Backend Services projects built on a Microservices architecture.

Manage full-stack Java development teams, providing technical guidance as needed.

Handle system integrations involving both devices and web applications.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and leverage MS Azure for cloud-based solutions.

Utilize Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform (preferred) for infrastructure management.

Ensure compliance with MedTech regulations and standards, including HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR.

Apply your knowledge of FHIR and other healthcare-related protocols.

Implement Agile methodologies and serve as Scrum Master for project teams.

Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including business, technical, and client teams.

Required Qualifications:

Recent experience (3-5+ years) working with MedTech clients is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in Java development, with experience in RESTful web services.

Expertise in MS Azure and SQL.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform (preferred).

Deep understanding of MedTech regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR.

5+ years of experience in Project Management.

Experience in managing and delivering MedTech and Healthcare projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong team-handling experience.

Proven experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with past experience as a Scrum Master.
