JOB DETAIL

  • Lead development and implementation of IT documentation Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for documentation. Design and develop training materials and programs for IT systems and processes.
  • Analyze existing IT documentation and training processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and training-related inquiries.
  • Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure documentation and training align with project goals and user needs.
