- 8 to 12 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space.
- Experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
- The tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS,MQ) etc as mandatory,
- The Candidate was part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in his previous engagement.
- Knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python.
- Experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus.
- Good understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects
