JOB DETAIL

Data Integration and Preparation:

•              Connect Tableau CRM to various data sources (Salesforce and external databases).

•              Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.

•  Dashboard and Report Development:

•              Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

•              Utilize Tableau CRM features like lenses, dashboards, and datasets effectively.

Customization and Configuration:

•              Customize Tableau CRM applications to meet business requirements.

•              Configure user permissions and data security settings within Tableau CRM.

 

User Training and Support:

•              Provide training to end-users on how to use Tableau CRM tools and dashboards.

•              Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to dashboard performance or data accuracy.

Performance Optimization:

•              Monitor and optimize dashboard performance for speed and efficiency.

•              Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

•              Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.

•              Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for dashboard development.

•  Data Governance and Compliance:

•              Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and standards.

•              Implement data governance practices within Tableau CRM.

  Reporting and Insights:

•              Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions.

•              Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.

•  Stay Updated with Trends:

•              Keep abreast of the latest Tableau CRM features, updates, and best practices.

•              Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Documentation:
