JOB DETAIL

Define Product Strategy: Shape the overall product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals and strategic priorities.
Governance Leadership: Establish and implement governance frameworks and processes to guide product development and operational efficiencies across departments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including CIOs and department heads, providing expert guidance on product development, technology solutions, and process optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams across IT, operations, and business units to drive the successful execution of product initiatives.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client site, ensuring frequent communication and delivering updates on product progress.
Operational Integration: Lead efforts to bring operations teams together, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution of product goals.
Travel: Regularly travel to client locations on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure strong alignment between the internal teams and the client's needs.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product delivery, ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy development, or a related leadership role, with a focus on governance and cross-functional collaboration.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategic product initiatives, drive consensus among senior leaders, and influence decision-making across large organizations.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT operations, product development processes, and healthcare industry experience (Optum-specific knowledge is a plus).
Client-Facing Expertise: Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, advising CIOs, and delivering presentations to executive leadership.
Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel to the client site on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for in-person meetings and consultations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
