- Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies that align with business objectives and leverage best practices in the financial domain.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for key financial systems, including Oracle Financial, Oracle EPM, SAP FSCD, and other relevant platforms.
- Architect cloud-based integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud systems.
- Design, develop, and manage APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between various financial systems and applications.
- Implement robust ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate and timely data transformation across integrated systems.
- Continuously monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ensure all integration solutions adhere to financial industry regulations and security standards.
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration specialists and developers.
