-              1-10 years of IT Business Systems Analyst experience

-              Strong knowledge of SQL, to include writing queries for data extraction

-              Proven experience performing systems testing- Ability to write user training documentation and perform on-site systems training

-              Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with solid technical knowledge of IT software applications and solid creative skills to adapt the systems to make them work well for the users

-              High attention to detail; smart, out of the box thinker; adaptable, with ability to work well in a dynamic environment

-              Ability to travel to perform systems roll-outs in various locations across the USA
