·        Proven experience in test infrastructure engineering or a similar role

·        Expertise with at least one of the following languages: Golang (Go), Python, Ruby, Rust

·        Experience with test automation tools and frameworks

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms at scale (e.g., DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

·        Strong, demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, internal configuration management tools, GitHub / GitHub Enterprise, or equivalent

·        Demonstrated experience deploying, operating, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-level software, environments, and Linux administration

·        A passion for building quality software focused on enabling developers to iterate on their ideas

·        A natural curiosity to identify gaps and propose scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and opportunities for automation

·        Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
