Assist in the definition and execution of tasks towards the delivery of technical solutions
Installation, testing and commissioning of hardware sensors and devices
Basic configuration of computing platform operating systems (primarily Linux) and software applications
Installation and configuration of software applications in test and production systems
Troubleshooting of hardware and software components
Identify issues and potential associated resolution approaches
Support design and architecture efforts towards definition of technology systems
Research of hardware and software solutions to address specific business requirements
Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Support technical overseeing of 3rd party technology vendors
Review of design artifacts provided by technology vendors and ability to assess requirements compliance
Support testing and QA efforts toward definition and creation of test plans, test procedures and test execution
Support data analysis efforts to validate systems functionality
Support creation of test results in PowerPoint and/or Excel like files
Support in definition, creation and execution of transition plans to address replacements and/or enhancements of hardware and software components
Work with Project Managers and Technical Leads to create project plans, schedules and timelinesProvide periodic progress reports on assigned tasks
