• Build out scrum cadence.
• Set up ADO environment.
• Lead scrums and typical scrum master responsibilities during multiyear project to integrate new system into environment.
• Help with testing as needed.
• Provide general knowledge/guidance from your experience working in capital markets sector
• Capital Markets, Fixed Income, FX, Trading, ISO/Swift Payments or anything in that related space. That’s the challenge.

Required Skillset:

• 6+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile PM.
• Enterprise IT banking background.
• Industry experience working in Capital Markets - FX / trading desk / capital markets or securities / futures options swaps or SWIFT / ISO 20022.
