The Systems/Business Analyst (SBA) will serve as a product owner between the business and the IT organization for key Commercial Insurance Middle Market applications such as Customarq, ATD, and APEX. The SBA will assist in the business process design and documentation as needed for new products/enhancements; translate high level business requirements into functional features for the IT organization; effectively manage the product backlog; and manage changes to such specifications in accordance with Chubb and/or industry standards and processes. The SBA will educate the IT organization on the direction of the business and negotiate agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
The SBA is expected to own projects and take the lead in guiding business partners to thorough requirements and testing strategies, evaluating technical design for completeness, owning issue resolution, and leading acceptance testing .
