Analyze, design, and implement JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne 9.2 solutions to meet business requirements across various functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for system improvements or new implementations.
Collaborate with developers, system architects, and other team members to deliver enhancements and new functionalities in JDE 9.2.
Support JD Edwards 9.2 modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, and other key functions.
Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs, recommending best practices and JDE functionality where appropriate.
Participate in JDE 9.2 system upgrades, patches, and testing processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure that the solutions meet business and functional requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JD Edwards 9.2, providing timely support to end-users.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure the effective adoption of system functionalities by business users.
Work closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate JDE 9.2 with other systems and platforms.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards and participate in change management processes.
