1. Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders(Dev, Architect and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
2. Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design. Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation.(Requires hands-on experience of ServiceNow APM Module)
3. Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights on application cost, risk, and business fit, to guide decision-making in the rationalization process. Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.

Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory), Additional CIS(Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
