•             10 years - Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation

•             10 years - Experience with Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/TSO/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems and also Microsoft .Net Application Development utilizing DB2 or similar relational database

•             3 years - Experience with Application Development and Support of IIS/ASP.NET/MVC/DB2/Oracle Server Based Systems

•             10 years - Databases – DB2 experience

•             10 years - Changeman and Control-M experience

•             10 years - CICS / COBOL experience

•             10 years - IT Technology - Skills and Concepts experience

•             5 years - SAS experience

•             Experience / ability to identify and create test data, create and modify files and JCL to support validation/QA of system changes

•             Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent

•             Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing
