- Proficiency in JCL, RPG, and familiarity with the DB2 (iSeries) database.
- Solid understanding of flat file structures and their integration with System i.
- Experience in designing and developing solutions in the System i (AS/400) environment.
- Ability to perform code reviews and offer design improvements.
