·Would probably need this person to work with our core business hours starting at 7 or 8am central standard time.

· Strong analytical, communication, collaborative skills

· Would need to quickly get up to speed on our business, systems, and process, ask good questions

· Solid skills around eliciting business need and value of requests

· Ability to help create hypotheses given business problems and help formulate experiments and what data would be needed to measure.

· Agile methodology including writing stories in gherkin language

· Able to develop and write Acceptance Criteria with developer help.
