- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
- Strong background in Salesforce integration with third-party applications and legacy systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and security best practices.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling, workflows, validation rules, and automation within Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce API integration and tools like Mulesoft, Heroku, or other middleware platforms.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
