• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist with a proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (Azure preferred).
• Ability to conduct light data engineering tasks (data integration, cleansing, and preparation).
• Expertise in developing and implementing predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with executives.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications
•Candidates from the Dallas-Fort Worth area are preferred, as occasional onsite meetings may be required.
•A master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
•Experience with sales data analytics and creating operational data triggers is a plus.
•Strong business communication skills, able to navigate fast-paced environments.
