JOB DETAIL

  • 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience
  • Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS),
  • PowerShell, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Mobile platform is a big plus
  • Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) ticketing systems /
  • applications like HPSM, Zoom, Workday is a plus
  • Experience interacting with customers to address/resolve queries.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
  • Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL foundations are big plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Must have Mobile Agent App experience
