- 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience
- Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS),
- PowerShell, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
- Experience configuring ServiceNow Mobile platform is a big plus
- Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) ticketing systems /
- applications like HPSM, Zoom, Workday is a plus
- Experience interacting with customers to address/resolve queries.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
- Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL foundations are big plus.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
- Must have Mobile Agent App experience
